1, uses
Choke manifold control well kick, the necessary equipment for the implementation of oil and gas well pressure control technology. 2, the structure

3, the working principle
When the well pressure increases, the choke manifold through the throttle on (manual adjustable, hydraulic and fixed three) on and off to control the release of the well fluid pressure sleeve. It can be placed directly sprayed by high pressure gate valve sleeve.
4, choke manifold specification
Pressure levels I choke manifold is divided into five, namely 14Mpa, 21 Mpa, 35 Mpa, 70 Mpa, 105 Mpa. But also according to customer requirements.
5, requirements
(1) choke manifold pressure should work with all parts used in the BOP want to match the combination of work pressure;
(2) choke manifold should be installed in an operator accessible place, the installation must be pressure test, sealing test pressure shall be equal to the rated working pressure;
(3) lines should be as flat as possible really, the pipeline should use 120 degree turn just cast elbow. Line should be sufficiently large aperture;
(4) must be installed working pressure;
(5) winter construction, energy performance manifolds should have to work under low temperature conditions.
